About the Role
Act as an in-house consultant, solving complex operational problems from scoping to delivery and embedding them in business as usual. These projects typically span multiple departments, requiring cross-functional communication, analytical problem-solving, and a continuous improvement mindset to elevate the HelloFresh business.
Responsibilities
- Lead, contribute to, and project manage complex operational and strategic initiatives aimed at meeting the strategic objectives of HelloFresh.
- Originate and develop complex projects that will have a positive impact on our teams, product, customers, suppliers, revenue, and costs.
- Work directly with Senior Management, C-Suite, and Global stakeholders to spearhead innovation projects focused on scaling operations and expanding customer offerings.
- Collaborate with product managers and operations champions to assess initial feasibility of new products and projects.
- Lead or support full operational scoping, monitor implementation, and guide roadmap planning for new products and projects.
- Continuously improve operational processes and tools.
- Liaise with global stakeholders on best practices for implementing projects and market performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in food or management consulting.
- Mastery of technical skills, with the ability to independently apply project management frameworks and tools.
- Quantitative and analytical experience, including solid comfort with Google Slides and Sheets.
- Strong up and downward management skills with clear communication (written and oral equally).
- Proficiency in AI literacy is essential.
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms (such as SQL, Tableau, Databricks, or PowerBI) is highly regarded.
- Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: take ownership of your work.
- Equipped with a 'roll up sleeves' attitude to enter workstreams and get them over the line.
