About the Role

The Marketing Operations Lead is responsible for establishing and operating SCOR’s marketing operations function across business units: Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H). The role owns the marketing automation ecosystem ensuring data quality, lead management, campaign execution, and performance measurement while implementing robust governance and GDPR-compliant processes. Acting as the central point of contact between Marketing, IT, Compliance, Data Governance, and business stakeholders, the role develops standards, processes, and reporting frameworks that enable scalable, efficient, and compliant marketing activities while driving continuous improvement and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and operate SCOR’s marketing operations function across business units.
  • Own the marketing automation ecosystem, ensuring data quality, lead management, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
  • Implement robust governance and GDPR-compliant processes.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between Marketing, IT, Compliance, Data Governance, and business stakeholders.
  • Develop standards, processes, and reporting frameworks for scalable, efficient, and compliant marketing activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and business impact.
