About the Role
Scopeland is seeking apprentices for IT specialist training in application development. This role offers the opportunity to learn application development within an experienced software company, with high chances of being hired after completion of the apprenticeship. Apprentices will gain broad expertise across various IT departments, focusing on application and product development, and internal IT administration.
Responsibilities
- Gain broad expertise across all company departments, with a focus on application development, product development, and internal administrative IT.
- Learn about the innovative SCOPELAND software.
- Acquire foundational knowledge and extensive expertise in databases, programming, and software application through internal training.
- Apply learned knowledge directly in database applications.
- Develop application solutions, from data modeling and application logic to user interfaces.
- Learn how to work on customer projects.
- Understand how customer projects are organized and managed in project management.
- Learn to write technical documentation.
- Test applications and document developments.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and curiosity for IT with basic knowledge.
- Ideally, some prior programming experience.
- Interest in software development and databases.
- Logical thinking skills and good mathematical understanding.
- Enjoy teamwork and independent work.
- Analytical and structured approach.
- Ambitious, eager to learn, and reliable.
- Good command of German (written and spoken).
- Good command of English.
