About the Role

You will own the customer journey from contract signature, including revenue targets. This role involves building the customer success function in a new market, working with government departments, not-for-profits, and NDIS providers. The product aims to reduce administrative burden for frontline workers in human services.

Responsibilities

  • Take over accounts from Account Executives upon pilot contract signing.
  • Manage onboarding and implementation, both remotely and on-site.
  • Train frontline users, often in large groups.
  • Analyze usage data to identify adoption patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Lead pilot evaluations, gather benchmark data, build business cases, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Convert pilot programs into long-term contracts and drive account growth.
  • Develop proposals and manage commercial discussions.
  • Provide frontline feedback to inform product development and the Australian go-to-market strategy.
  • Write the Australian customer success playbook.
  • Manage expansion and renewal revenue for accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to own a commercial outcome on an account not initially opened by you.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of enterprise or public sector accounts, including expansion.
  • Strong presentation skills for pitching evaluation results to executives.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and no established playbook.
  • Desire for commercial ownership without the need to build pipeline from scratch.
  • Australian work rights required; no sponsorship available.
  • Experience in human services, NDIS, aged care, health, or government is beneficial.
  • Genuine interest in the work is valued.
  • Customer success experience is helpful, but full-cycle sales experience with a desire to stay with the customer post-close is also relevant.
  • Willingness to travel and overlap with UK hours.
