About the Role
Join Sephora during our busiest time of the year and be part of the Melbourne Central team in Melbourne as a Seasonal Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) on a Casual Fixed-term basis. This is your opportunity to bring your passion, share your knowledge, and make your mark at a leading global beauty retailer.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves.
- Work across departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
- Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions.
- Help customers discover the features and benefits of our loyalty program.
- Share beauty knowledge with team members and customers.
Requirements
- Enjoy creating an amazing customer experience by listening and embracing their unique needs.
- Be a keen observer of new products and iconic brands.
- Be a quick learner willing to expand knowledge on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Ability to multitask and think on your feet.
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive.
- Availability across key trading times, including late-night and weekend availability.
