About the Role
This role involves driving business in the respiratory field, understanding and executing strategic action plans, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. It requires engaging with key opinion leaders and customers, promoting understanding of company products, and fostering positive change within the assigned territory. The position also emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives and maintain a high quality of work.
Responsibilities
- Drive business by leveraging scientific knowledge and company policies, influencing stakeholders appropriately.
- Understand and execute the Take the LEAD strategy, developing and implementing action plans based on product and sales strategies to achieve stretch goals.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)/Academic Opinion Leaders (AOLs) and high-difficulty/importance customers to promote understanding and behavioral change towards company messages.
- Contribute to sales office and department goal achievement by creating ripple effects within and beyond the assigned territory.
- Proactively contribute to the sales office environment with positive suggestions and proposals.
- Enhance the quality and quantity of activities to realize area plans by engaging with supervisors, headquarters members, and copro partners.
- Contribute to sales office achievements through both results and activities.
- Communicate closely with colleagues and supervisors, providing advice and achieving results.
- Verify results and apply learnings to future actions.
- Understand and adhere to the latest internal and external rules for patient-centric activities.
- Ensure compliance with the latest industry rules and Sanofi Policies, reflecting on personal actions and incorporating feedback.
- Comply with GVP, GPSP, safety information, OUG, quality control, and fair pricing maintenance.
- Contribute to society by delivering products to all patients in need as quickly as possible through continuous promotion and disease awareness.
- Proactively engage in activities to improve the workplace environment, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Experience with biologic agents or specialty care products.
- Knowledge and experience in the assigned fields (dermatology, respiratory, otolaryngology).
- Experience with facilities where KOLs/AOLs are affiliated.
- Experience in developing speakers.
- Ability to enjoy new environments.
Skills
- Basic business skills (communication, presentation, negotiation).
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and improve English skills.
