Responsibilities
- Work with product, design, and engineering teams on customer-centric problems.
- Engage with customers and partners to gather insights.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable plans for new features.
- Conduct research on competitors and emerging AI tools.
- Identify new product opportunities.
- Build prototypes to explore potential solutions.
- Gain experience across various aspects of product management.
- Design innovative solutions for customer challenges.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled full-time in a technical degree program.
- Expected graduation by June 2028.
- Available for a full-time internship schedule of 40 hours per week.
- Must be willing and able to work within the Pacific Time Zone.
- Not eligible for F1 and J1 students.
- No work sponsorship available.
Skills
- Demonstrated interest in analyzing technology products, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Interest in translating customer insights into actionable outputs for engineering teams.
- Interest or experience applying AI to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Ability to consider multiple perspectives, including those of customers and development teams.
