About the Role
This position is responsible for contributing to our Institutional business (financial institutions business) development and relationship management efforts. Accordingly, the role involves working closely with stakeholders across Fidelity to support assigned clients/prospects, respond to inquiries, conduct market research, and prepare for client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and initiate research.
- Respond to inquiries on a wide range of topics.
- Effectively communicate client expectations with internal constituents including investment administration, legal and compliance, portfolio management, product management, client administration, and trading.
- Contribute to Institutional business development and relationship management.
- Support assigned clients/prospects.
- Respond to ad hoc inquiries.
- Undertake market research.
- Prepare for client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional Sales experience.
- Strong investment knowledge, including derivatives and alternative investments.
- Strong capital market knowledge.
- Native Japanese speaker.
- Strong verbal and English skills.
- Sound business judgment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to express oneself in individual and group settings.
- Ability to communicate in a creative manner.
- Passionate for financial institution business development, relationship management, and investments.
- Desire to work in a team-based and collaborative environment.
- Proactive and action-oriented.
