About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter in our Sydney Office, you will build relationships with leaders, directly impact Klaviyo's growth by hiring hyper-intelligent, driven, and empathetic people, and take ownership of the recruiting process. You will leverage analytics to improve efficiency and maintain an outstanding candidate experience while working across all Klaviyo go-to-market teams in the region.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting process from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Engage with and hire exceptional people to drive Klaviyo's growth.
- Leverage data and analytics to improve recruiting workflows, productivity, and decision-making.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline recruiting processes.
- Forge lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers through an empathetic and people-centric approach.
- Act as an ambassador for Klaviyo, representing the company at recruiting events and through outreach.
- Take a balanced approach to candidate interactions, making them feel like individuals while aligning with business objectives.
- Support employee learning and growth by facilitating skill development and career advancement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting high-growth or scaling sales organizations.
- Deeply people-centric, empathetic, and relationship-driven.
- Data-informed and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Energized by challenge and motivated by continuous personal and professional growth.
- Able to balance exceptional candidate experience with ambitious hiring goals.
- Early adopter of AI and continuously explore new tools and workflows to improve effectiveness.
- Valid authorization to work in Australia.
- AI fluency includes responsible use of AI (including privacy, security, bias awareness, and human-in-the-loop).
