About the Role
Manage an assigned portfolio of trusts, taking full responsibility for trust management activities and stakeholder coordination. Oversee trust cash reconciliations, manage trust funding subscription processes and month-end activities, and perform cashflow distribution waterfall calculations. Maintain and develop financial models while providing general support for trust management operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of trusts, taking full responsibility for trust management activities and stakeholder coordination.
- Oversee trust cash reconciliations, including populating, reconciling, and resolving discrepancies with servicers and originators.
- Manage trust funding subscription processes and month-end activities to ensure accurate and timely trust administration.
- Perform cashflow distribution waterfall calculations and instruct trustees to execute required payments in accordance with transaction requirements.
- Maintain and develop financial models, supported by ongoing training and mentoring, while providing general support for trust management operations.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in structured financial markets.
- At least 1 year of securitisation trust management experience.
- Experience in financial SPV or trust management and administration.
- Strong understanding of trust operations.
- Ability to manage complex transactions and projects involving multiple stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- General understanding of legal documentation, particularly operative commercial provisions and transaction requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Cashflow modelling experience is an advantage but not essential.
