Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 years of experience.
Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) are preferred but not mandatory, depending on project complexity.
Extensive experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium) and frameworks.
Expertise in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or MATLAB for system-level testing.
Familiarity with debugging tools, diagnostic equipment, and simulation engines.
Knowledge of databases, network protocols, embedded systems, or cloud infrastructures depending on domain.
Thorough understanding of testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Test-Driven Development, DevOps).
Deep expertise in systems integration and requirements verification for large-scale, complex systems.
Previous experience with lifecycle testing in defense, aerospace, healthcare, telecommunications, or automotive domains, depending on hiring industry.
Experience leading test teams or coordinating cross-functional activities for large projects.
Must Possess a Secret Clearance.
