Responsibilities
- Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
- Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
- Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
- Submit legible, clear, and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners.
- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance, including company truck, equipment, and uniform.
- Maintain pest control license and knowledge by attending seminars.
- Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
- Work Saturdays as needed to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
