About the Role
Join a locally owned Great Clips salon team in a leadership role where you can make a real impact. This position is ideal for a licensed stylist who enjoys coaching, building teams, and ensuring a salon runs at its best. We are seeking a dynamic Manager to lead the team, ensure exceptional customer service, motivate staff, and provide haircut services.

Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
- Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
- Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
- A goal-oriented mindset
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
