About the Role
King Rose is a leading construction firm dedicated to creating exceptional commercial interior spaces in New York City. We are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Project Manager passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial interiors construction projects.
- Manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project updates.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including Superintendents and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
- Ensure that all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
- Identify and address potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial interiors construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering commercial construction projects in New York City.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
