About the Role
Lead engineering development to expand and refine capabilities within our automated design engine product, leveraging AI to automate every step of the engineering design process for large scale capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering development to expand and refine capabilities within our automated design engine product.
- Automate every step of the engineering design process using AI.
- Produce end construction design deliverables for large scale capital projects such as utility scale power and data centers.
Requirements
- Owned end-to-end engineering scope within a multidisciplinary product (e.g., launch vehicles, motorsports, robotics, aerospace).
- T-shaped technical excellence: broad understanding across multiple domains and their interactions, and deep technical expertise in 1-2 areas.
- Demonstrated strong first principles thinking, challenging conventional wisdom to create step-function improvements.
- Ability to prioritize impact by identifying and solving the most important problems.
- Hands-on builder excited to execute work rather than manage or organize others' work.
- Mission alignment and desire to build a future of abundance.
