About the Role
Seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for local grocery delivery routes originating from Islandia, NY. Deliver to stores across the NYC metro area and Long Island, returning home daily. This role offers a consistent, static weekly schedule with early morning start times.
Responsibilities
- Transport grocery products in 48' temperature-controlled (reefer) trailers equipped with liftgates.
- Perform tailgate deliveries using a manual pallet jack to move freight to the trailer's tail for store staff.
- Complete routes safely throughout NYC, Long Island, and surrounding local areas.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Minimum of 12 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
- Must live within a 40-minute drive of Islandia, NY.
- Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and liftgate (training provided).
