About the Role
Sugar Bear is seeking skilled electricians who can do more than just pull wire. We are looking for professionals who can accurately diagnose and professionally perform electrical service and repair work, build trust with customers, and identify safety concerns.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical problems accurately
- Perform service and repair work professionally
- Troubleshoot panels, circuits, breakers, GFCIs, and electrical systems
- Identify electrical and fire-safety concerns
- Present repair and replacement options
- Keep work area clean
- Complete accurate paperwork and job documentation
- Take before-and-after photos
- Build trust with customers
- Look for additional legitimate electrical concerns while in the home
- Stand behind workmanship
