About the Role

The Director of Sales & Marketing will be the strategic architect of the property's commercial success and brand identity. This role is responsible for driving revenue across all streams and elevating the hotel's profile, ensuring every touchpoint reflects European elegance and the brand's synonymous service. It demands a holistic and results-driven approach, integrating proactive B2B sales strategies with PR, digital performance, and experiential marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an annual integrated sales and marketing plan aligned with luxury standards to drive total hotel revenue.
  • Proactively manage and grow key segments including Luxury Leisure, Corporate, and MICE, while optimizing distribution channels.
  • Act as a primary guardian of the hotel's reputation, managing media relations, crafting press stories, and hosting international journalists and commercial partners.
  • Lead the strategic sales and marketing roadmap for new launches, property renovations, or re-flagging to ensure immediate market share capture.
  • Establish prestigious local and global partnerships with luxury brands, travel networks, and cultural institutions to enhance guest experiences and brand prestige.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Luxury Hospitality Sales and Marketing.
  • At least 2–3 years in a senior leadership role (Director or Head level).
  • Deep familiarity with the Prague luxury landscape.
  • Established network of local and international luxury travel agents, corporate buyers, and event planners.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing large-scale product launches or hotel repositioning.
  • Sophisticated verbal and written command of English.
  • Proficiency in Czech or a second European language is highly advantageous.
