About the Role
You are fascinated by the world of cocktails, spirits, and upscale bar culture? For our elegant Lobby Bar & Lounge, we are looking for a dedicated Commis de Bar (m/f/*). In this role, you will work in the heart of our bar and support the team behind the counter in creating first-class drinks.
Responsibilities
- Support bartenders in the professional preparation and presentation of cocktails, long drinks, and coffee specialties.
- Proper preparation of all bar ingredients (such as garnishes, juices, and ice) for a smooth service flow.
- Ensure strict hygiene and organization in the entire counter area and maintain high-quality bar equipment.
- Replenish bar stocks, store goods properly, and assist with regular inventories.
- Warm and professional guest service directly at the bar counter and confident use of the POS system.
- Willingness to support other outlets within the establishment across departments if needed.
Requirements
- First experience in gastronomy/hospitality and a strong interest in mixology, spirits, and modern bar trends.
- Fast, clean, and organized work – even during high frequency – combined with a high quality awareness.
- Team spirit, resilience, a positive attitude, and strong self-control.
- Strict adherence to all hotel guidelines regarding hygiene (HACCP), fire safety, and security.
