About the Role

As an Oncology CSA (Clinical Science Associate) at Sanofi, you will provide healthcare professionals with scientifically-based product and related information, adhering to Sanofi's Code of Conduct. You will also collect and report post-marketing information, and communicate analyzed results to healthcare professionals. This role requires you to independently drive activities based on product and sales strategies, contributing to the overall sales office.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business with担当顧客 (assigned customers) by leveraging correct scientific knowledge and company policies, exercising appropriate influence.
  • Understand company strategies and collaboratively develop action plans based on product and sales strategies with copro partners, proactively executing to achieve stretch goals and deliver results in the assigned territory.
  • Engage with KOLs/AOLs and high-difficulty/importance customers, promoting understanding and behavioral change towards our product messages with support from PSL and the sales office manager, creating ripple effects inside and outside the territory to contribute to sales office and sales department goal achievement.
  • Involve and coordinate with internal and external members and partners as needed to advance work.
  • Consistently make forward-thinking statements and proposals within the sales office.
  • Enhance the quality and quantity of activities to realize area plans by involving supervisors, headquarters members, and copro partners, contributing to the sales office in both results and activities.
  • Communicate closely with colleagues and supervisors, providing advice while achieving results, and verifying those results for application in future actions.
  • Involve and coordinate with internal and external members and partners as needed to advance work.
  • Ensure compliance with the latest industry rules and Sanofi Policies, reflect on personal actions, and incorporate feedback from supervisors and sales office members into daily activities.
  • Completely manage post-marketing surveillance, adverse event/complaint response, etc., by reliably monitoring and appropriately operating GVP, GPSP, safety information, OUG, quality control, and fair pricing maintenance items.
  • Contribute to society by continuously conducting appropriate promotion and disease awareness activities, delivering products to all patients in need as quickly as possible.
  • Proactively engage in activities to improve the sales office work environment, contributing to a workplace where everyone can perform at a high level.

Requirements

  • Experience in the field of myeloma-related agents or specialty care products.
  • Knowledge and experience in the assigned field (Hematology).
  • Experience with facilities where KOLs/AOLs belong and experience in training speakers.
  • Ability to enjoy new environments.

Skills

  • Basic business skills (communication, presentation, negotiation, etc.).
  • Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn and improve English proficiency.
