About the Role

Responsibilities
- Participate in the day-to-day activities of the investment banking division.
- Gain broad exposure to different types of clients and transactions.

- Deliver holistic, structured solutions to meet client goals.

- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support.

- Train and mentor junior colleagues.
- Consult on complex issues and advise People Leaders on escalated issues.
- Identify ways to mitigate risk.

- Perform work closely related to other areas, understanding interdependencies.
- Collaborate with other work areas for business-aligned support.

Requirements
- Must be pursuing an MBA degree.
- Graduating between December 2027 - June 2028.
- A GPA of 3.2 or above is ideal.
- Keen interest in business and finance.
- Curiosity to learn.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Showcase qualities through involvement in extracurricular activities.
