About the Role
Crescent Point of Niantic is seeking a Dining Room Server to create a clean and welcoming dining environment, making a positive impact on residents' lives. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about friendly, personalized service and serving high-quality meals within a values-aligned company.
Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders from residents and serve meals promptly and attractively.
- Set up and deliver meal trays and food carts to the dining room.
- Assist residents with meal selection and accommodate specific dietary needs.
- Prepare the dining room for upcoming meals.
- Participate in inventorying supplies.
Requirements
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Knowledge of dietary procedures, Health Department regulations, and food service guidelines.
- Capability to serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
