About the Role
Advanced Navigation is a global leader in AI-powered navigation and robotics technologies, aiming to shape the future of autonomy. This role is crucial for scaling high-performing teams by recruiting top talent across engineering, manufacturing, sales, product, and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for Engineering & Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Electronics, and Robotics roles.
- Partner with Engineering and Commercial leaders to understand hiring needs and develop talent strategies.
- Proactively source, engage, and pipeline top global talent, focusing on hard-to-find skill sets.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with the company culture.
- Utilize recruitment data to enhance hiring performance and efficiency.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies for enterprise and technical sales professionals with experience in solution selling, government/defense procurement, or high-tech B2B.
- Collaborate with the Leadership team to define candidate profiles, assess soft skills for consultative selling, and calibrate pipelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting across highly technical engineering and manufacturing, including hardware/software development.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, particularly in fast-paced or scaling environments.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, from manufacturing to R&D.
- Proven track record hiring top-performing engineers in complex, consultative selling environments (robotics, deep tech, defense, or high-growth product companies preferred).
- Experience in high-tech, deep-tech, or product-led environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, with a drive for speed and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
- Direct experience sourcing, screening, recruiting, and closing top-tier technical talent.
- Experience and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideally Rippling.
- Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, InMail, and standard recruiting communication tools.
- Proven success in creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find candidates.
