Responsibilities

  • Influence multi-faceted, highly complex deal cycles, driving significant revenue growth and business contributions.
  • Become an expert on an architecture and expand knowledge across related architectures to enhance deal outcomes.
  • Leverage competitive intelligence to guide account-specific planning and influence proposal development.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to align customer and Cisco objectives.
  • Drive strategic-analysis initiatives through collaborations with industry analysts to future-proof account strategies.
  • Develop and lead discussions on long-term architectural strategies, positioning Cisco as the preferred solution due to its competitive advantages.
  • Identify and interpret shifts in the competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Highlight Cisco's ongoing commitment to innovation and R&D to customers.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, sharing industry trends and leading technical solutions discussions.

Requirements

  • Proven ability in proactive business development, including prospecting and driving net-new opportunities.
  • Skilled in orchestrating and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a high-growth, collaborative environment.
  • Fluent or Native German Language Skills
