About the Role

Our services streamline baggage handling, check-in, and other key touchpoints to eliminate travel stress and make journeys effortless and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and secure luggage according to TSA standards.
  • Issue boarding passes and tag bags for airline passengers.
  • Provide general information to passengers regarding locations, directions, and flight information.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to passengers and clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of Safety, Security & Dangerous Goods, and HAZMAT procedures.
  • Work at a busy airport curbside location assisting guests with luggage check-in and issuing boarding passes.
  • Receive on-the-job security training and obtain applicable airport badges.
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in of luggage.
  • Verify guest flight itineraries and the number of bags being checked.
  • Input guest information for new enrollees.
  • Process bag check-ins, including charging credit cards for bags and overweight bags.
  • Appropriately tag guest luggage with destination tags.
  • Provide guests with boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts.
  • Secure luggage immediately after processing.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Organize and stock the Concierge desk.
  • Uphold client guest service guidelines and values.
  • Manage credit card payments received from guests.
  • Answer telephones and guest questions.
  • Perform simple addition for payment processing.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Complete airline compliance training within the company-given timeframe.
  • Work early morning and afternoon shifts (1st and 2nd shifts only).
  • Be available to work weekends and holidays; open availability is preferred.

Requirements

  • Must have the ability and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions.
  • Must be able to complete airline compliance training within company-given timeframe.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Need to be able to manage payments (credit card) received from guests.
  • Ability to manage simple addition.
  • Ability to work in the early morning rotation.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening.
  • Must pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.
