About the Role
Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional Client Advisor career opportunity available at our Yordale boutique. The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The Client Advisor also supports the team in maintaining operational excellence and upholding the brand’s image and standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable service to clients and act as a brand ambassador.
- Tailor client experiences to exceed expectations and support the team.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and brand history.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Utilize clientele tools to achieve individual and store goals.
- Qualitatively monitor and update CRM to build and retain customer relationships.
- Identify potential clients.
- Ensure achievement of sales goals.
- Source new clients using CRM tools.
- Maintain and build long-term relationships with loyal clients.
- Oversee the organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Assist in merchandising and shop floor maintenance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW
