About the Role
Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Client Enablement is a function within the FIC Chief Operating Officer (COO) Group, focused on driving strategic revenue and growth initiatives. It aims to deliver a seamless client experience and innovative client relationship management tooling to facilitate effective client coverage and resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Perform a client-facing role covering ICG's highest priority clients.
- Manage client funds onboarding pipeline proactively.
- Organize and coordinate functional inputs (Credit, Legal, Onboarding Case Management) for internal processes.
- Face off directly to key relationship managers in ICG.
- Set up structured reporting and tracking for ICG to monitor functional performance with key clients.
- Back up coverage of key ICG clients, ensuring funds onboarding and related needs are met efficiently.
- Assist primary coverage in tracking, reporting, and resolving issues to meet client expectations.
- Partner closely with all functions impacting funds onboarding processes to ensure key resources are available.
- Support the Foreign Exchange (FX) desk in meeting new client growth objectives and addressing existing client needs.
- Improve and drive change for the end-to-end FX onboarding process.
- Assist with supporting regional growth initiatives through tracking, reporting, and producing MI/presentations for senior management.
Requirements
- Proficient relevant work experience in the Banking/Finance industry.
- Preferred experience in Change, Relationship Management, Legal or Credit Risk functions.
- Experience facing both clients and senior internal stakeholders.
- Experience in building and managing business processes with multiple stakeholders and inputters.
- Proven ability to 'see the big picture' and define target state processes that are client-centric and achieve internal efficiency and robust control.
- Knowledge of Investment Banking business areas (products, clients, and their motivations).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and produce quality work under tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
- Collaborative and disciplined approach to problem-solving and working dynamically across multiple functions.
- Ideally experience in client onboarding or similar roles (client facing ideal but not required).
