About the Role
CFIB is seeking a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join their London team. This role offers autonomy, stability, uncapped earning potential, and work-life balance with no evening or weekend selling.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the London area.
- Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs.
- Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking.
- Build long-term relationships with members.
- Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support.
- Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Coachable mindset with interest in long-term career growth.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
