This role involves identifying new opportunities within the leasing market, creating, building, and preserving strong client relationships, sourcing new business leads, developing leasing strategies that support the Investment Plan, and negotiating and securing market-leading deal terms.

- Experience in retail leasing

- Not afraid for negotiation to achieve favorable results
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated analytic, conceptual, and problem-solving experience
