About the Role

MyHealthTeam, a Swoop company, operates online communities to support individuals with chronic conditions and rare diseases by combining reliable medical information with personal experiences. These communities enable patients to connect, ask sensitive questions, and access actionable information. The engagement within these communities provides significant value to our pharmaceutical and agency partners, who utilize sponsored content, patient education, awareness programs, and custom media experiences to reach specific patient populations. This model generates revenue that sustains the communities, keeping them free for patients. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative commercial solutions that excite our partners about engaging and educating patients and caregivers. The core principle is that every solution must be valuable to patients and offer unique benefits to our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Zero to One Development for Community Commercial Solutions
  • Serve as the Product Team’s lead for developing new commercial solutions that serve patients and sustain durable revenue.
  • Translate market signals, client feedback, and business inputs into scalable product roadmap priorities.
  • Identify opportunities where Swoop can differentiate or create commercial value with Sales Solutions.
  • Prototype concepts for client feedback to rapidly iterate toward market fit.
  • Identify opportunities to productize or configure existing capabilities versus building net-new.
  • Translate concepts into clear product requirements and manage them through the product development lifecycle.
  • Partner with Operations teams from the outset to ensure ease of setup, launch, and support for commercial solutions.
  • Serve as the Product-side partner to Sales Solutions, advocating for roadmap investments to improve solution creation, packaging, scaling, and support.
  • Rapidly scope, size, and prioritize inbound requests from Commercial teams.
  • Incorporate a monetization perspective into roadmap planning and develop 12-18 month priorities for revenue growth and commercial solution differentiation.
  • Support integrated storytelling across Swoop’s products and solutions.
  • Monitor the performance of solutions in the market post-launch and drive ongoing optimization.
  • Convert quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights to connect product decisions with partner solutions and member value.
  • Utilize a test-and-learn approach to validate demand and refine solutions, prioritizing scalability.
  • Continuously improve the Product Team's approach to monetization, including the use of AI tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of shipping high-impact products
  • Product judgment and ability to work with ambiguity
  • Sufficient technical fluency to understand existing capabilities and identify when new development is required
  • Demonstrated ability to build business cases linking product decisions to commercial outcomes and long-term scalability
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Sales Ops, or revenue teams
  • Experience with monetization, pricing, packaging, or revenue-focused product work in a B2B2C model strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven approach to experimentation and optimization
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders without direct authority
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with developing rapid prototypes using AI tools (Figma Make, Lovable, Claude Code, etc.)
  • Experience partnering with both AI-native and traditional software development approaches is a plus
  • A passion for improving health outcomes
  • Prior experience in digital media, publishing, healthcare, agency, or pharma companies
