About the Role
At Wingstop Canada, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Shift Lead to motivate the team, ensure top-tier service, and manage shift operations. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of flavour quality, customer satisfaction, and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive the team to achieve shift targets, manage audits, and achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Motivate, coach, and lead the team to deliver top-tier service and manage kitchen operations.
- Ensure all food items meet quality standards for crispiness, juiciness, and flavour.
- Manage shift operations including preparation, cooking, customer service, and cash handling.
- Maintain speed and efficiency in order processing and customer service.
- Foster a fun, high-energy, and positive work environment.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
