About the Role

This fast-paced and high-impact role requires complex problem-solving with internal and external partners. You will be responsible for account management and success for top partners, driving data-backed solutions and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own growth strategy for a portfolio of 100–150 creators, segmenting by opportunity and risk to maximize impact.
  • Design and run 1:many programming, including cohort sessions, office hours, workshops, and templated growth plays.
  • Lead high-value 1:1 strategy sessions with priority creators to grow their communities, increase revenue, and deepen use of Patreon's tools.
  • Build data-backed growth recommendations from creator performance data and track outcomes against clear goals.
  • Respond to inbound questions with speed and clarity, ensuring creators feel heard and supported.
  • Share updates and learning resources in a personal and actionable manner at scale.
  • Identify trends, common issues, and feedback across your portfolio and escalate them for product and process improvements.
  • Champion partner feedback to product teams to improve internal and external tooling.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve the creator experience.
  • Keep systems and documentation current to support smooth handoffs and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or higher.
  • 3+ years in customer success, partnerships, or partner/account management with a focus on existing customers, long-term relationships, and revenue retention/growth in a B2B2C or B2B SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years in the creator space influencing creator success.
  • Expertise in using data and analytics for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to share and pitch ideas to partners.
  • Analyze creator cohort performance and engagement through data-driven research, diagnostics, and benchmarking.
  • Experience influencing customer behavior through change management, coaching, and training.
  • Curious, empathetic, and confident in offering strategic advice in short, focused interactions.
  • Track record of revenue and product-adoption growth within a medium- to large- strategic portfolio.
  • High operational rigor, including disciplined CRM usage, cadence execution, and follow-through.

  • The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family. The final offer will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and geographic location, aligning with the appropriate job level within Patreon’s leveling framework. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on location and local market conditions.
