About the Role
The Hope Taler Foundation Lobetal is seeking a strategic professional to shape and develop the 'Participation' business unit. This role involves actively contributing to strategic, economic, and structural development, with a focus on key figures, financing models, and economic resources within the scope of integration assistance.
Responsibilities
- Introduction and continuous development of a division-wide controlling and key figure system.
- Analysis of key figures and derivation of recommendations for action.
- Early identification of economic risks and development of action options.
- Further development, standardization, and quality assurance of procedures in cost accounting.
- Preparation, support, and evaluation of remuneration and fee negotiations.
- Development of uniform calculation and argumentation bases, as well as support/consultation for performance and resource requirements.
- Identification of development and optimization potential.
- Support for investment and economic feasibility decisions.
- Preparation of complex economic contexts and subsequent consultation and support for internal target groups.
- Economic evaluation of new offers and concepts.
Requirements
- Strategic thinking and forward-looking planning.
- Ability to structure and prioritize complex issues.
- Knowledge of SGB IX and BTHG, and a sound overview of the complex system of integration assistance.
- Experience in analyzing and handling performance and remuneration agreements.
- Understanding of the interrelationships between services, personnel, resources, and financing.
- Ability to prepare key figures and data comprehensibly and communicate them in a target-group-oriented manner.
- Proficient negotiation skills.
- Identification with diaconal values and a respectful and participatory approach to people.
- A completed degree in Social Management, Business Administration, Health Economics, Public Management, or a comparable qualification in administrative management.
- Additional qualification in Controlling, Financing, or Social Economy (desirable).
