About the Role
Join our growing Maintenance Team as a Full-Time Porter for one of our newest properties in Austin, TX. This position is eligible for our "Texas Stay Program", rewarding commitment with up to $3,000.00 during the first year.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
- Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
- Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 months of related experience preferred
- Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Driver’s License required
