About the Role
As the first Field Marketing Manager in EMEA, you will act as the in-region marketing owner for the go-to-market team. You will align with the local sales team to build quarterly territory plans, run high-impact programs that drive pipeline, and help scale repeatable field motions across events, ABM, partners, and community.
Responsibilities
- Own the regional field plan, building quarterly plans aligned to regional sales priorities, target account lists, and pipeline goals.
- Run pipeline-driving programs end-to-end, including executive roundtables, workshops, partner events, third-party conferences, and virtual experiences.
- Execute ABM in the field by partnering with Sales to activate account-based plays.
- Co-market with partners by building and executing joint programs, including co-branded events and regional activations.
- Plug into community and alliances to activate local cyber alliances, memberships, advisory boards, and user programs.
- Ensure operational excellence by owning logistics, vendors, timelines, promotion, SDR/AE handoffs, and post-event conversion paths.
- Measure program success by reporting on pipeline sourced/influenced, meeting creation, stage progression, target account engagement, and ROI.
- Own the regional budget, including planning spend, forecasting, tracking, and optimization.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in B2B field marketing or integrated demand generation, with a strong preference for cybersecurity or technical SaaS experience.
- Proven success partnering with Sales on territory planning and delivering measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot, and comfort with basic attribution reporting.
