About the Role
We are seeking a deeply technical Engineering Manager (M7 level) to lead a high-impact engineering team building a scalable, fully automated IT product and infrastructure ecosystem. The Inventory Management engineering team builds the global system of record orchestrating our hardware supply chain, global warehouse networks, and end-to-end device lifecycles. Our platform automates the entire provisioning, configuration, and device shipping pipeline for new hires.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 7 engineers, focusing on upleveling execution velocity and technical excellence through AI workflows.
- Drive end-to-end IT automation infrastructure, internal product interfaces, and systems architecture.
- Restructure underlying internal engines to automate manual workflows and multi-system communications.
- Participate directly in evaluating system-level trade-offs, architecture decisions, and distributed systems design.
- Collaborate with cross-organizational technology leadership teams to build integrated internal product landscapes.
