About the Role

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking driven graduates for its Graduate Development Program. Participants will gain skills to make a lasting impact while shaping the future of intelligent fluid-flow technology.

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience across sales functions including business development, account management, customer solutions, and sales analytics & enablement.
  • Work directly with clients, learning how to position Armstrong’s differentiated solutions and deliver measurable value.
  • Master Armstrong’s scientific and consultative approach to sales, focusing on solving customer challenges.
  • Develop technical, commercial, and leadership skills through structured training and personalized mentorship.
  • Partner with Marketing, Service, and Engineering teams to bring innovative customer solutions to market.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields).
  • Candidates with a dual background in Business/Management and technical disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
  • Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to sales, technical solutions, customer engagement, or business development is highly valued.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts and confidently present to different audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to break down problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions (through coursework, projects, or competitions).
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, or collaboration platforms is an advantage.
  • Track record of working effectively in group projects, student organizations, or part-time jobs that required teamwork and collaboration.
  • Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and operate in a fast-paced, global business environment.
  • Evidence of a proactive, self-motivated approach, whether through academics, extracurriculars, volunteer work, or leadership roles.
  • Open, authentic, and passionate about contributing to Armstrong’s mission of innovation, sustainability, and customer impact.
