About the Role
We are looking for a Rheumatologist to join our multispecialty medical practice. The incoming physician will be taking over the patient base of a retiring rheumatologist, ensuring a thriving practice from the start. We offer flexibility with self-determined hours Monday to Friday, joining a well-established team dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient care to new and established practice patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans or goals
- Document encounters/progress notes in EMR system
- Provide continuity of care and referrals to specialists as applicable
- Communicate testing results, follow-up care, or other additional information to patients
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and other clinical staff
- Participate in after-hours call rotation schedule

- BC/BE Rheumatologist
- MD/DO license to practice in NY
