This role owns participant recruitment across a global partner network, internal processes, and the product experience, aiming to build a predictable recruitment system at scale.
Responsibilities

- Design and document the end-to-end recruitment process, including fill-time benchmarks and a playbook for tracking at-risk projects.
- Build internal enablement and training for the GTM team on recruitment processes.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on the recruitment experience, including fraud detection, identity verification, quality flagging, and refunds.
- Identify and spec internal tooling to reduce manual operations work.
- Translate recruitment processes into content for Account Directors/AEs and customer-facing explanations.
Requirements

- Hands-on understanding of panels and marketplaces, screeners, incidence and feasibility, quotas, incentives, fraud, and quality control.
- Track record managing vendors and partners, including selection, negotiation, accountability, and spend management.
- Genuine program management ability to manage complex, cross-functional problems and drive them to a working system.
- Experience at both a large organization and a startup.
- Strong communication skills to distill complex information into clear training, documentation, playbooks, and content.
- Comfortable with AI tooling for content and automation.
- Highly independent with the ability to define priorities as well as execute them.

About the Company
- Outset invented a better way to do research: AI-powered user interviews.
- Global brands like Hubspot, Microsoft, Uber and Nestle use Outset to achieve deeper, qualitative insights about their users at unprecedented speed and scale.
- The research industry is massive (>$140B and growing) and ripe for disruption. Incumbents are outdated, slow, and burdened by high-cost services.
- Outset is backed by top Silicon Valley investors and raised a $30M Series B in December 2025—less than six months after our Series A—led by Radical Ventures with participation from M12 (Microsoft’s venture arm), 8VC, Y Combinator, and Adverb Ventures.
- The raise follows a breakout year, with our business growing 8x as enterprise customers across industries adopt our category, AI‑moderated research, as the new standard for understanding people.
- We’re a tight-knit team serving some of the world’s largest enterprises.
