About the Role

ICUC is seeking an experienced Salesforce and HubSpot Developer to design scalable solutions, build automations and custom integrations, and ensure seamless operation between these CRM platforms. Your work will enhance revenue operations through reliable systems, high-quality data, and effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Designing scalable solutions
Building automations and custom integrations
Ensuring Salesforce and HubSpot work seamlessly together
Developing on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, triggers, and asynchronous processing
Working with Salesforce Flows, security models, and CRM data architecture
Building and optimizing workflows, lead scoring, reporting, and integrations within HubSpot
Performing custom development utilizing HubSpot APIs
Designing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and other business systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions
Managing data modeling, migration, and maintaining data quality at scale
Ensuring data integrity and security
Utilizing version control, release management, testing practices, and deployment processes
Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
