About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Landing Pages product. This role involves guiding the development of a platform for creating, hosting, and serving standalone web experiences, including drag-and-drop editors, templating systems, and scalable delivery layers. You will collaborate with product and design teams to define the roadmap, validate product strategies with data, and drive adoption. Key responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and developing engineers, solving complex engineering challenges, and owning the team's vision, goals, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Landing Pages product team, focusing on platform development for customer-facing web experiences.
- Collaborate with product and design to define future development and validate strategies with usage data.
- Drive adoption of the Landing Pages channel.
- Recruit, coach, and develop engineers within the team.
- Address major engineering challenges through architectural decisions and code contributions.
- Take broad responsibility for the team's vision, goals, and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of success.
- 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
- Capacity to delve into technical details to inform decisions.
- Strong product instinct and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of building intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Experience building foundational systems at scale.
- Experience spearheading software projects that significantly advanced organizational goals.
- Demonstrated success in building, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams in high-growth environments.

Salary/Compensations
- For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $188,641 and $320,335/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $212,000 and $360,000/year (including bonus or commission).
