About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Landing Pages product. This role involves building the platform our customers use to create, host, and serve standalone web experiences, including sign-up forms, preference centers, and surveys. The position is a blend of product growth and engineering challenges, requiring close collaboration with product and design teams to define the roadmap, validate ideas with data, and drive adoption. You will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing engineers, guiding architectural decisions, and potentially contributing code. Broad responsibility for the team's vision, goals, and processes is expected.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Landing Pages product team.
- Collaborate with product and design to define the product roadmap.
- Validate product bets against real usage data.
- Drive adoption of the Landing Pages channel.
- Recruit, coach, and develop team engineers.
- Solve major engineering challenges by guiding architectural decisions.
- Contribute code in high-leverage cases.
- Manage the team's vision, goals, and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of success.
- 2+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
- Capacity to dig into technical details to inform decisions.
- Strong product instinct and attention to detail.
- Track record of building intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Experience building foundational systems at scale.
- Experience spearheading software projects that significantly advanced organizational goals.
- Demonstrated success building, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams in high-growth environments.

- CA$191,459 - CA$338,434/year (Ontario)
- On Target Earnings (OTE) between CA$215,200 - CA$380,400/year (Ontario)
