About the Role
Drive global adoption of Parloa's AI agents by CX teams and contact centers, owning the positioning, launches, and sales enablement that bring our AI Agent Management Platform (Parloa AMP) to market. Define the category narrative for enterprise AI agents in a rapidly forming market.
Responsibilities
- Define positioning and messaging for Parloa products.
- Orchestrate product communication plans.
- Drive cross-functional launches across Product, Marketing, Sales, and CX.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to align the roadmap with the company narrative and GTM plan.
- Keep prospects, partners, and customers informed about product developments.
- Sharpen sales positioning through customer use cases, proof points, collateral, and training.
- Develop competitive differentiators.
- Source content ideas, shape outlines, create and review content.
- Speak on webinars alongside Content, Evangelists, CX, and executive teams.
- Establish a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competition.
- Translate market insights into positioning that separates Parloa from competitors.
Requirements
- 6+ years in Product Marketing, or 8+ years in adjacent roles (sales enablement, B2B direct marketing).
- Experience at an AI company or marketing AI products/capabilities.
- Excellent writing skills with samples.
- Proven track record supporting enterprise sales teams with storylines, collateral, enablement, and deal support.
- Confident presenter for webinars, company events, and Sales training.
- Ambidextrous across strategy and tactics; capable of crafting narratives and building sales decks.
- Experience using AI tools for creativity, efficiency, and productivity.
- Fluency in written and spoken English required.
- Experience with CX tools (contact center, customer service, digital experience software) is a plus.
- Business-fluent German is a plus, but not required.
