About the Role
This role manages and leads the full recruitment and selection cycle school-wide, applying school values and principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Manager partners with leaders from early planning stages through candidate selection and final onboarding, acting as a subject matter expert to provide strategic guidance, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and optimize workflows using the applicant tracking system.
Responsibilities
- Manages and leads the full recruitment and selection cycle school-wide.
- Partners with leaders from early planning stages through candidate selection and final onboarding.
- Provides strategic guidance to hiring managers.
- Delivers an exceptional candidate experience.
- Leverages systems including the applicant tracking system (ADP Workforce Now) to optimize workflows and efficiency.
- Brings a creative, proactive approach to talent sourcing.
- Creates pipelines of external candidates for key positions.
- Collaborates with the HR Coordinator on onboarding logistics.
- Contributes to retention strategies, recruitment analytics, and departmental strategic priorities.
- Acts as an ambassador for the school, building Branksome Hall’s employer brand recognition through networking, career fairs, events, and digital candidate engagement.
Requirements
- Approximately 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience managing and working with applicant tracking systems.
- Proven success streamlining processes and workflows.
- Leverages data to optimize systems and decision making.
- Committed to ensuring a strong candidate and employee experience.
- Brings a positive, can-do approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in the full Google suite, human resource information systems and MS office applications.
