About the Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and executing marketing events and creating marketing materials to support sales. This role requires collaboration with Sales, Partner Alliance Managers, the Marketing team, and partners.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and align with Winning Together values.
- Plan and execute marketing activities, including large internal and customer-facing events.
- Create creative PowerPoint presentations and other marketing materials to showcase solutions.
- Assist with event communication between Computacenter and partners.
- Prepare detailed follow-up reports on activities, including success metrics.
- Manage budgets and timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with the Partner team and Sector Directors to support marketing initiatives.
- Develop creative follow-up outreach to customers.
- Perform administrative duties as requested.
- Submit Proof of Performance post events.
- Create landing pages and invites for marketing events and campaigns.
- Manage and track campaigns.
- Work with finance on marketing activity payments.
- Ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate marketing efforts around core partners and Computacenter services.
- Develop professional business relationships with partner organizations.
- Understand and abide by all security and operational policies.
- Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Sales, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the technology industry.
- Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office, MS Teams and Pardot.
- Strong experience in event planning and management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in Adobe suite products.
- Strong creative skills.
- Good self-organization and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Ability to build trust, be assertive when required, and show initiative and enthusiasm.
- Resilience and ability to deal with stressful situations.
