About the Role

Kaizen is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for federal sales, G&A, and operations roles. This position requires building relationships with candidates, delivering a white-glove experience, and utilizing AI tools extensively. Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for federal sales hiring initiatives, G&A roles, and operations, from intake through offer.
Build and run relationship-based sourcing strategies, focusing on proactive outreach rather than inbound or job board traffic.
Deliver a white-glove candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Utilize AI tools as a core component of sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
Partner directly with hiring managers to translate hiring needs into specific searches.
Build sourcing pipelines for roles with thin or specialized candidate pools, particularly in federal/public sector sales.
Represent Kaizen's mission credibly to attract top talent.

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of independent search ownership.
Experience recruiting for GTM, sales, or G&A functions, ideally including federal, public sector, or specialized talent pools.
A relationship-first sourcing style with proven outreach and follow-through.
Genuine fluency with AI tools in daily recruiting workflow.
Comfort operating with minimal process and building structure independently.
Experience recruiting in a startup or high-ambiguity environment.
Prior exposure to federal contracting, govtech, or public sector hiring.
Experience building or improving recruiting processes or tool stacks.
