About the Role

The Residential Real Estate Specialist (RRES) is the primary source of expertise for UHNW clients, delivering solutions for their complex financing needs in residential real estate. This role works in concert with the client team to ensure a holistic approach, facilitating the structure and pricing of products that best fit the clients' overall financial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate structure and pricing of products that best fit the clients overall financial objectives.
  • Work with the client and client team to obtain all financial documentation necessary.
  • Work closely with partners within the product to ensure a smooth process.
  • Communicate effectively and consistently with the client and client team throughout the process.
  • Serve as the product champion, communicating product, policy and program enhancements to client managers/advisors.
  • Demonstrate strong credit/underwriting skills with a deep level of mortgage product knowledge.
  • Work within GWIM custom mortgage guidelines.
  • Be the market expert in his/her geographic market, understanding market values and trends, as well as how to sell against the competition.
  • Register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing as per SAFE Act requirements.
  • Submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in sales/underwriting within the residential real estate wealth management business.
  • Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
  • Must register and submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process.
  • Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Salary/Compensations

  • $145,000.00 - $215,000.00 annualized salary
  • Discretionary incentive eligible
  • Eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
