About the Role

The Strategy & Consulting Insights team identifies opportunities to push strategic and creative boundaries using social listening, research, and analytics tools to provide holistic reporting that guides digital strategies and maximizes client returns.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients by partnering with creative and strategy teams to provide insights that elevate their social media presence
  • Track project KPIs and collaborate on a reporting roadmap that supports brand initiatives across priority social platforms
  • Translate large datasets into actionable insights and present findings across the organization to various audiences
  • Own measurement systems for clients, including managing data collection and recommending streamlining opportunities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in social media reporting and insights, preferably on campaigns with influencer marketing or talent partnerships
  • Advanced experience with Excel
  • Experience working in social media data, with an understanding of social performance metrics and ability to identify content success factors
  • Experience collaborating with multiple work streams to build internal and competitive benchmarks
  • Experience collaborating and presenting insights to leadership
  • Experience working with social media monitoring tools, social media management tools, and social listening tools (CreatorIQ, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Brandwatch, ListenFirst etc.)
  • Experience working with data visualization and presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Looker Studio, Tableau, Keynote etc.)
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and with clients
  • Ability to conduct high-level analysis and provide insights in a consumable format with actionable next steps for creative and strategy teams
  • Awareness of emerging social trends and platforms, with critical thinking for client implementation
