About the Role
Partner with the leadership team of a Superhuman Business Unit (BU) to drive strategic clarity, operational alignment, and execution for key initiatives. This role acts as a long-term operational partner, turning strategy into clear priorities, decisions, and execution plans within a compound-startup model.
Responsibilities
- Partner with BU EPDM leadership to translate strategy into priorities, decisions, and execution plans.
- Manage team-level planning, goal-setting, business reviews, and performance tracking.
- Take ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives within the BU.
- Establish operating rhythms, cadences, documentation, and tooling for the team.
- Represent leaders in forums, meetings, and escalation paths as a trusted delegate.
- Facilitate information flow to enable fast, informed decision-making.
- Drive operational readiness for new products, integrations, and launches.
- Independently drive initiatives and partner with the Strategy & Operations team for support.
Requirements
- Experience operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional execution.
- Experience in complex go-to-market or enterprise growth environments.
- Proven track record partnering with senior leaders across EPDM, GTM, Revenue, Sales, Finance, and Data.
- Skill in building operating cadences, governance models, planning rhythms, and decision-making processes.
- Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, multi-product organization.
- Comfort owning ambiguous, high-impact initiatives independently.
- Use data-informed judgment to drive readiness, launches, and business performance.
