About the Role

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Ferrero's security strategy across the UK and Ireland, protecting people, physical assets, goods, critical processes, and organizational know-how with a holistic and risk-based approach.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Ferrero's Security Management System across UK&I, ensuring alignment with Group standards and local requirements.
Develop and maintain security, emergency response, and crisis management plans, including physical security, information protection, incident management, travel security, and executive protection programs.
Monitor and assess the external threat landscape, translating intelligence into appropriate business actions.
Lead and support sensitive internal investigations, collaborating with internal functions and external authorities.
Oversee physical security projects from risk assessment to implementation, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery.
Support an effective logistics security program to protect raw materials and finished goods.
Manage UK&I security CAPEX and OPEX budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and variance management.
Partner with UK&I leadership, Plant Management, Supply Chain, P&O, Risk Management, Finance, and Group Security, and maintain external networks.
Lead security awareness and training initiatives to strengthen organizational security capability.

Requirements

Established security professional with experience in a complex corporate, multi-site, or demanding environment.
Strong knowledge of corporate and physical security, threat and risk assessment, investigations, crisis and incident management, and security intelligence.
Ability to connect different areas of security risk across an organization.
Comfortable advising senior leaders on risks and ensuring successful operational delivery of security programs.
Strong judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters.
Ability to remain calm, assess information quickly, and make sound decisions in complex situations.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to build effective relationships across different functions, locations, and seniority levels.
Strong project and financial management capability.
Experience managing security suppliers, significant physical security projects, and CAPEX/OPEX budgets is ideal.
